Auntie Sweet opened its first store in Tin Hau in 2005. True to its founding philosophy of "bringing happiness to everyone," the shop is dedicated to handcrafting authentic Hong Kong-style desserts. In 2013 and 2017, it was selected as one of the Top 10 Desserts in the World by the New York travel magazine Travel + Leisure, making it the only dessert shop from Hong Kong to make the list.In addition to preserving traditional Chinese sweet soups and Hong Kong-style flavors, Auntie Sweet constantly strives for creativity and variety. Inspired by local Hong Kong delicacies, they have infused these flavors into Japanese shaved ice to create original recipes unique to Auntie Sweet, becoming a favorite destination for both locals and international tourists alike.In 2020, Auntie Sweet expanded beyond Tin Hau and opened its first branch in Causeway Bay. In 2023, Auntie Sweet officially launched in Kowloon, establishing new branches in Diamond Hill and Mong Kok.
