Founded in Hong Kong in 2011, Cupping Room has grown from a neighbourhood café into a specialty coffee roastery and café brand. We source coffees from around the world, roast them in Hong Kong, and serve them across our cafés alongside an all-day food programme. Our focus remains on quality coffee, thoughtful preparation and a welcoming café experience.
