It all started on Austin Avenue in Tsim Sha Tsui back in 2013, followed by the opening of our Jordan location in 2019 and Sham Shui Po in 2022. Over the years, one thing hasn't changed: We like to keep things relaxed, but we never take shortcuts when it comes to flavour. From freshly prepared dishes and signature cocktails to our own branded draught beer, there's always something good to enjoy. You Can't Beat a Classic. At Amuse, we take our classic cocktails seriously. A Mojito or Old Fashioned might look simple, but getting it just right takes real skill. It's all about the balance of flavours, the right proportions, temperature and dilution. No fancy tricks or over-the-top garnishes. Just a well-made cocktail, exactly how it should be. Cooking with alcohol is one of Amuse's signatures, giving familiar favourites a little extra kick and flavour. Take our signature BBQ pork ribs, coated in a rich whisky-infused barbecue sauce, or our beer-battered fish and chips, with a golden, crispy coating and tender fish inside. We also make our own sauces in-house, paying attention to the ingredients, flavours and every step of the cooking process. Because great bar food deserves just as much attention as a great drink.
